Entity/File and Branch creation

Hello Everyone,

In this post, we will see how to create Additional files and add the Branch details in Saral Pro.

The first file will be created during the initial process of sign-up to the Saral Pro.

Let us now learn how to add the additional file(s) to the first file, by following the below steps :

Step 1 :

In the dashboard, click on the “+” icon, highlighted at the right bottom of the dashboard.

Step 2 :

In the File Master window, enter the details like the Company name, address, contact details, etc., and enable the required modules (TDS, GST, Income Tax) for the file.

On enabling the required module, related mandatory fields are to be filled in as listed below : 

Module Mandatory fields
GST GSTIN Number
TDS Company’s TAN number
Income Tax Company’s PAN number

Save the details and the file will be created.

 

Branch Creation

Next, let us see how to add the branch-wise details in Saral Pro :

Step 1:

Activate the option “Enable Branch” in the File Master.

Step 2 :

On enabling the option, you will be redirected to the Branch Master, where you are required to add the first branch detail and save.

Step 3 :

Now, to add multiple branch details, navigate to the dashboard and click on the “Branch +” option displayed against the file.

Step 4 :

To view the branch list, click on the file and the branch details will be visible as sub-files under the main file.

Step 5 :

Else, click on the edit icon and navigate to the branch list. Here we can edit or delete the branch details.

This completes the process of additional file creation and branch creation in Saral Pro.
