Creating Master data for Classification Details for an Employee in Saral PayPack

Hello Everyone,
In this post we will be learning about how to create the master data and how to import the classification details in bulk for each of the classification details in Saral PayPack.
Classification details in Saral Paypack refers to the employment details of the employee like Designation, Department, Grade, Salary Structure, Leave Structure etc., These details are entered the employee master creation and are changed during the employee’s promotion, Branch transfer, change in salary structure etc.,
In SaralPayPack to create the Master data for each of the classification details, navigate Classification Details Caption under Master Menu.
You can click on the (…) three-dotted button against each of the classification categories and add the master data.
Under the Designation section add the list of the Designations and click on save. Similarly the same can be done for all the classification details.
Note : If any classification details have to be renamed it can be done under each of the caption section (box), as highlighted in the below screenshot and click on Save to save the changes
Next let us see, how to import the classification details in bulk.
Click on the Export option under the classification details caption page and download the template.
Fill the required information in the template.
Click on Import, to import the details and on successful message the data will be uploaded.
