Salary Head Creation In Saral PayPack – Part 1
Hello Everyone,
In this tutorial we will learn how to create the Salary heads in Saral PayPack.
Let us begin with it, Navigate to Define Salary Heads option under Master Menu
Define all the Earnings heads under the Earning section and the Deduction Heads under the Deduction section and if any heads have to be defined under Open Component or Calculative Field, enable the respective check box and Click on Save.
Note :
Open Component is an additional component which we will have to enable based on user requirement. To enable the option Navigate to Option Settings under Initial Settings and Click on Features and enable Open Components.
Let us now look into the other options :
- Export to excel : Will allow the users to download all the details of Earning heads and Deduction heads to an excel sheet.
2. Open Comp : Will List out all the Salary heads enabled under Open Components.
3.Calc. Field (Calculative Field) : Will List out all the Salary heads enabled under Calculative Field.
